there was not an IPCheck in my functions.php.
I have added the code and the problem is solved.

When I posted a new open question and I will send the question I got the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: ipcheck() in /home/twimanl/public_html/faq/savequestion.php on line 22

What's the reason of this error, and what to do to.
Please help.
