phpMyFAQ

I haven't checked through them all, but it appears that according to phpmyfaq.txt there should be directories named "data", "attachments" and "pdf".

I was able to just create the above directories and it seems to be working fine now. Just mentioning as I'm sure you will probably want to correct ...

phpMyFAQ 1.3.7 (full) appears to be missing some folders/files...
