Strange bug...

When I go to 'Add Content' and submit a proposal for an FAQ with the word 'antenna', I get the following error "Required fields are your name, your email address, category, headline, your Record and, when requested, the Captcha code!".

Any ideas?

I am implementing phpMyFAQ for an internal KB for our organization. I don't see anywhere where you can notify the submitter of a question or content. Also, are there notifications for content to approve?
