How does the user know that the question asked is answered ?

Once the user asked a question, is it supposed to get an mail when the answer is published, right ? because it does not work for me...

When a user wants to ask a question, it has to fulfill:
- a name
- a mail address
- the theme
- a question
+ a code to rewrite in the box

Once the user send the question a error message appears :
" Votre addresse email n'est pas valide" meaning that your mail address is not valid
