Didn't work.

Also activated the logging again.
But the error.log file is empty.

Added the language file that's causing the problems.

I use: PHP Version 5.3.3-1ubuntu9.1 Activated debug. Reproduced the problem. Result a blank screen without any debug info? Replaced the bak file, refresh screen, and all is back to normal. I Deleted error.log, reproduced the problem and found no error messages.

It's obvious not a problem to PHP?

Again I tryed it on my system and its reproducable.

I do have access to the log files.

What files do I need to look for?
There are tons of logfiles on this system (Ubuntu 10.10 Server)

Yes I do use 2.6.13
But I noticed that there are two versions of 2.6.13. I think I've installed with the 2.94Mb version but found there's an other 2.6.13 version of 3.48 MB.

Do I use 2.6.13? I think so? Took the nl file from the 3.48MB package and use that at the moment.

I had a 100% white screen in my browser.
Replaced the nl file with the bak file, did a refresh in my browser and the problem was gone.
Could reproduce it by editing the wordt pagina's in the frontend.
btw. I'm using SeaMonkey (a Mozilla based browser).

I did both.

First via the frondend. But then it crashed.

And after that I used the bak file and edited the changes in the file itself.

Is I change PMF_LANG[plmsgPagesTotal][1] from %d Pages to %d Pagina's ( note the little apostrophe).
and press save than the result is a blank page.

restored the language backup file and everything is back.

I get a page asking if I'm sure. But there's no Yes/No button to confirm the question.

What should be filled inin the php.ini file?

found in /usr/share/php/mail.php and smtp.php also the authentication settings. But that didn't solve the problem.

I've installed this but what/where to put the SMTP and authentication data?

I've found some examples explaining how to write my own PHP scripts with mail() but none about where to put what in combination with i.e. phpMyFAQ?
