We have 400 products on the site and if a customer clicks for example product code CVR500 they should only see the FAQS for the CVR500, this can be done by using a php include and the relevant url.
However if a customer wants to ask a question about the CVR500 and click the Ask a Question box ...

I want to use this system on our website and we have 400 products.
When a customer visits a product say CVR800 this would then call the faqs for this code CVR500 or this would need to be a category.
