Yes, have encountered the same problem, which is why I have decided to not yet add subcategories. Obviously, that is not a perfect solution though :)

Maybe a system could be set up whereby we get a list of the categories (or subcategories for a certian category) and can assign an order to them ...

Is there a way to quickly see which comments were added? I would like to keep track of these and delete any inappropriate ones, but as far as I can tell I would need to manually check all articles to find out which have comments attached to them.
