the language file currently i am using is translated by myself, with some terminologies that suit , i think , only my requirments, i think the file will confuse some users without ...

i got it!

seems something wrong with the zh language file, not the problem of the new release program.
after i restore the old zh language file(partial translated by myself),it works fine.

after apply the 1.4.0 RC5, the existing faq records can not read (they are in simplified chinese), they become strange characters.

they are fine in rc4.

could you please check this out? how about other double bytes language users?
