phpMyFAQ

We would like to add something like this to the footer of the faq where the text changes and rotates through some support testimonial statements.
I tried to do something with it but I don't quite understand the templates that we use. Adding php code to the index.tpl just prints out the php code in ...

think it could be a configuration problem with Apache?
Its installed on a pretty stock install of CentOS 5.6 Final.
Any additional details I can provide or look for to help narrow it down?

I am using phpmyfaq 2.7.9 and we are focusing on articles in six core languages.
However, I am running into a navigation problem using the language selection drop down menu.

If I select any language other than English(which is the default) as soon as I click a link on the faq it reverts back to ...

So, a v2 Google Translate API key will not work in phpmyfaq? I did purchase a v2 API key and put it in the admin configuration.

If this is the case can you point me to what files I can find the translate functions? I'd love to take a look and see if I can't help figure out how to convert it to use ...

no errors. I put in the google api code in the configuration settings, checked the box to activate google translate, and then saved. everything else looks good just nothing is translating. Since I've never tried to use the google api with phpmyfaq maybe I am not looking in the right place.

I do have a paid API key. Thats why I'm confused. I put in my paid API key and its still not functioning.

I have phpmyfaq 2.7.9 setup and running perfectly except for one issue. I went ahead and set up a google account and I put the api in the configuration and activated the google translate option but nothing seems to be translating.

Just an update. I removed version 2.7.8 and installed 2.7.6 and the first problem no longer occurs.

Not that I know of. I didn't do anything special during the install. I have been getting this behavior since the beginning after a fresh install of 2.7
