I've upgraded my phpmyfaq 2.9.9 from 2.8.
Now I want a multisite. So I created another folder in the root directory(HTDOCS)
I understand that the new site needs to go through the installation process first. However
I get the error:

I installed 2.8.2 yesterday to run on my website.
All was working yesterday
However now when I try to access a faq I get access denied and when I log on as administrator and select the main configuration button nothing happens.
Looks like a security\permissions problem
