phpMyFAQ

It was latest I downloaded from this website 3 days ago
I can't check now I uninstalled it, was going to try re-installing again

If I want to put a picture into an FAQ, I can open it in IE and then copy/paste it from one tab into the WYSIWYG editor in the FAQ,
it's just that, I cannot "file upload" it when I choose the insert image icon in the wysiwyg text editor
I get that syntax error
Whether using IE/Chrome/Firefox..

I'm still getting the strange error when I try to upload
Any other suggestions?
I completely removed xampp and phpmyfaq, re-installed from scratch and am now on PHP: 5.5.6

Xampp says I'm on PHP: 5.4.22

I suspect that might be the problem

I'll try upgrading and report back...

I was able to install after I created the database, and am trying to create a new FAQ in the website.
