The top left corner contains the "Title of your FAQ". And the URL it points to is the home page of the FAQ.
In the left margin is a link labeled "FAQ home". It also is the URL to the home page of the FAQ.
This is redundant.

hi. I love the PDF produced by clicking "Exports". The bookmarks are wonderful.

I would like to move the newly-added FAQ up a few positions in the display. Is there a way to do that? If so, how? Thanks.
