We upgraded from version 2.7.x ( I think it was ) to 2.9.6 a few months ago and everything seems to have gone OK, however users who aren't logged on get the "You are not authorized" when trying to view any attachment. They can search and view the articles fine its only when accessing an attachment ...

We have a problem where images are not showing up on our FAQ articles.
When using the site uploader the image file uploads perfectly to the set location \\server\SDKB\Images, however the url link it gives the picture is \\server\SDKB\SDKB\Images and so doesn't display the image.
