Found a work-around:
Increased the max_allowed_packet to 32M in the MySQL settings
This made all problems go away

I also created a Virtul Machine and installed AMPPS and phpMyFAQ from scratch. Hi Thorsten, the FAQ only displays the first 15 images and the remaining images are not there at all. The text and layout are fine... We just start using phpMyFAQ 2.9.13 and found one issue that we cannot solve. When copying multiple images into the TinyMCE editor, only the first 15 will be saved the other images are lost.
