I found it in the configuration setting.

Disable the registration link in the login page

I am using 3.0.1, I tried to remove:
{registerUser} in login.tpl
{registerUser} in indexLogin.tpl
{msgRegisterUser} in index.tpl

But I can see the registration link, please help
