Switching to PHP v 7.3 from 7.4 fixed the 500 error, using Litespeed server.

Went directly to db, edited the security settings and I can now access the FAQ without login. Error 500 still remains will see what can be done.

Could it be coz I am also logged-in, also this happening with me once after I enabled the DEBUG mode.

No, add to that while I click the created faq entry while logged-in I get a 500 error !!!

I installed the script like this - https://www.mydomain.com/faq/ , added one faq but when visiting the url above all I see is a prompt to login. How to make faq's visible publicly.
