I think we can leave this issue as it only is in IE 11.
Firefox shows FAQ site in a proper way.

I can not make any configuration chcanges, as there is always empty space where should be options displayed (attachement).
All other admin-menu option shows ok, but that one space (Configuration - Edit configuration) is always empty..

Look at the attachment of my main FAQ site (v. 3.0.1) I have old server with 2.8.17 (sone old php 5.x.x) I have new server (preparing right now) with php 7.2 In one step I have imported mysql database with phpmyadmin, got old files (phpmyfaq 2.8.17) and updated them with files from 3.0.1 and run upd...
