Also, I have a main category and 2 sub-categories. I wish to delete the main category and make the 2 sub-categories as main categories. I cannot find a way to do this.
You can move them to the highest level.

changing install location & deleting main categories
I am using phpMyFAQ 2.0.1.
If I installed & running to phpmyfaq folder and I want to rename that folder to just faq. What changes do I have to make to not break anything?
(i.e. Can I just rename the folder and everything works? Rename folder and change a few settings? Not recommended?)

I upgraded from phpMyFAQ 1.9 -> 1.11 by manually copying over all changed 1.10 & 1.11 files and the running the upgrade script. No errors and everything is working fine, except for this one minor error. It's annoying though because it is what is labeled on my browser tabs when I work.
