First of all, thanks so much for phpMyFAQ! So far I've got it up and running and even imported our data from my own home-brewed knowledgebase/faq/database and it's great. I am running into one minor nit-picky thing though.

When commenting on an entry, I'm not getting the name or email link showing ...
