These images tend to be complicated at times making it hard for a regular human to decode them right the first time. Is there alternative?

Why is it totally blank? my websited is hosted by a virtual dedicated server, which is the only difference as far as I can tell, from other installations.

I already wiped out the DB tables and the whole entire script from the server. I tried uploading fresh again, and it did not work? Anyone? Thanks.
