Does phpMyFAQ support a secure server? This may be the problem with the PDF viewing and the fact that none of the URL's generated by the system work. I don't think that should affect the search problem, though.
Is there some sort of update that will support a secure sever?

Directory permissions...
Thorsten, are there any particular directory permissions needed to run this script for PDF generation. It seems that PHP generates the file and saves it as a PDF and then sends it to the end user...

Search Problem...
SQL and PHP are working fine. The search script is not using the search string, instead it is using "search" as a string to search for. If I use search as a keyword then it will find the entry. I suspect this is a common problem. There may be some settings on the PHP engine that are not correct, or ...

Search Engine not working...
I have installed phpMyFaq on the server and it works fine...except the search engine never returns any results and yes there are more than 5 entries...any ideas...
