I have an addition question, is there any way I can rearrange order of the items within each category, like you can with the order of categories?

I try to modify the templates and notice some features are not easily alterable. For example, on the index page, under "the five question posted most recently", how do I take out the date and the statistics on how many views, or rearrange their order. Also questions under each categories, how to ...
