I was able to find the issue that I had not activated the SMPT for Mail setup. I found this at Admin > Configuration > Mail Setup. I added the necessary details in the field and things work nicely now.

I had made a new FAQ and was trying to save the new FAQ, when this error started happening.

I was added a new FAQ and the following error message was received:

Uncaught exception: 'mysqli_sql_exception'
Message: 'Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x91\x81</...' for column 'content' at row 1'

Both Outlook and on my iPhone show the HTML coding when an email is sent

I see that and as I said have multiple listings of many revisions. Though I cannot do anything with the revisions to select them and restore it to that particular version.
