Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we will release an update to fix this issue, also what version of firefox are you using, as I am using firefox 19.0.2 and this issue doesnt appear, however i did test in internet explorer 9 and was able to reproduce the issue.

Yes their is, when you are adding or editing a FAQ their will be 2 boxes 1 labeled keywords and 1 labeled tags, you have not entered any yet so their not showing, once you have entered them they should show, their is no other settings for keywords or tags.

can you explain to use how to replicate the issue you are having, I went to the website and clicked on add FAQ on the frontend then logged into the admin panel and selected article then the top and clicked on the Visible option.
