Hi,
This is my first post on this forum and I’ve tried to search an answer for my question, but have not yet been successful. Therefore, sorry if this has already been explained somewhere and I haven’t reached it.
To keep things simple and tidy on the frontend, we opted for the Markdown editor.
We started using phpMyFaq on a technical IT team, but given its robustness we wish to expand it to non IT teams.
The issue we’re facing is that the tinyMCE editor allows files to be uploaded even by non admin personnel but the Markdown editor does not.
While the IT team has access to the back office and server files, it’s easy for them to upload files to that part of the filesystem on the server, whereas non IT teams do not have access to the server.
We’re still grasping if there’s an easy way for them to do it, just like they could with the the tinymce editor.
Could anyone point me in the right direction on how to allow file uploading (e.g. images to be referenced on the faq) while using the Markdown editor?
Thanks in advance,
NB
