Hi,

do you enabled the user tracking? Maybe you can generate a report with the collected data...

Hi,

I'm also looking into creating this type of report. However, when I looked at /data, it seemed that it has not gotten updated. I enabled user tracking. Our FAQ went live March 7 but the most recent transaction file stored in the folder was February.

We know that it is being viewed based on the number of views.

Do you know the reason for this?

Also, what is the structure of the file? What does each data in a record represents?

Thanks!

Hi,

we store the following in the user session files:

- session_id
- user action
- id (category or FAQ)
- remote IP
- query string
- referrer
- user agent
- time stamp

Thanks Thorsten.

But do you have any idea why the data folder is not updated? Does the application only tracks users who are logged in? Permissions are the same as the other folder.

Thanks again.

Hi,

Access is ok now. I just did not have the read access to the data folder.

Another question, what is the timestamp based on? Is this hour:minutes:sec? How can I find out which date the articles were viewed?

Thanks again.
