Remove sign up option

Running version 2.8.8 and I'm interested in removing the Sign up option. We really only want administrators to login, nobody else should need an account.

Could you tell us the reason here why are you removing the sign up button? Don't you need a member here?

+1 for an option to disable sign up. I'm running a LDAP backed FAQ and do not want local accounts.
