Password Strength Issue

Hi,

Is it possible to ensure that all newly created passwords in phpmyfaq must have good Password Strength? e.g. Passwords must have between 6 and 30 characters long, must contain letters in mixed case, must contain numbers and must contain symbols) ?

If yes, how? Thank you in advance
