i create a new question, how to inform the others users ?

if one of us send a question, is it possible to inform by email automatically the others users about this new question ?

the users can use the RSS feeds about new FAQs to be up to date.

Better notifications e.g. with web notifications in the browser will come in a future version, but not planned when.
