I've been using this website for about 2 months now without issue. I opened the site today to see the following error:
"The connection to the database server could not be established.
The error message of the database server:
Array"
I am running version 2.9.13 on Windows Server 2016, web server is IIS, PHP version 7.3.9, Microsoft SQL Server 2017.
The error doesn't provide much information so i'm a little lost. I can connect to SQL server using Microsoft SSMS and everything appears to be normal.
Any help would be appreciated!
Update: I found the solution. The SQL user account password had expired - I disabled password expiry and now its all sorted.
