Hello,
I have a problem preventing the proper functioning of the FAQ.
By doing my tests, I created a user but the emails are blocked by my host via a service which is named "SPAMASSASSIN". I specify that I use a Gmail mail and not an email offered by the host.
As you have understood, emails are considered spam. The spam notification is really not clear, I don't understand what is causing this in the mail.
The assistance indicated to me that one or more forms do not have the Captcha field whereas it is however the case since I have to fill it to validate a registration.
I told myself that I should try SMTP but I don't know anything about it. I tried to configure in the administration panel but without success, it does not send any mail, it loads continuously.
In addition, can this solve the problem since I still go through my host?
Can you solve my really boring concern?
Thank you.

Re: Spam email
Hi,
usually you could try to whitelist the emails from phpMyFAQ that they don't get marked as spam.
Where does the admin panel load continuously?
bye
