Hi,

the categories are ordered by the ID... not the best solution.

Which ordering do you prefer?

Hi,

I would add this feature in v3.1 (currently in beta) as you can sort categories in this version manually. :-)

I have version 3.1.8 and I can sort categories in order, but on the home page they remain as initially created. How can I adjust them in the order?

Hi,

you are right, the ordering is not used for the home page categories. Would you expect this behaviour?

Hello,

on our home page the priorities of the FAQ have changed and should be displayed in a different order. Yes, I would have expected or hoped for an adjustment there too :)

Is there a way to adjust this directly in the database?

Are there any plans to solve this via administration?

Hi,

this change has some bigger code impacts. I tested it now for the upcoming 3.2 release before backporting the code.
