Download for 3.1.7

Downloading and updating using the 3.1.7 link seems to keep the version at 3.1.6.
Typo in the install (ie it's actually running 3.1.7 but showing 3.1.6) OR is the wrong package linked??

Certainly did (and tried it again just to check!)
I'm not certain if the link to the 3.1.7 version is correct - or it's a typo somewhere...

the link is correct, just checked this, you should run http://<yourdomain>/setup/update.php again
