Slow response of startpage in 2.9.1 on Firefox

I have an effect just occurs on the Firefox browser.

1. Open Firefox on Windows in full screen
2. Open kb.grutzeck.de
3. Try to scroll with the mouse wheel.

It is completely slow and unresponsive.
Minimize the window and it gets better.

No problems on Chrome, IE and Edge

I just tested it with the standard theme, no change.
