I was able to find the issue that I had not activated the SMPT for Mail setup. I found this at Admin > Configuration > Mail Setup. I added the necessary details in the field and things work nicely now.

I not only appreciate the many years and work you have put into the program. I also am grateful for your time in supporting users like me who benefit from this great online software that is provided by you to us at no cost.

I have now tried the following email clients and they all do the same thing.

• Apple Safari Mail

• Gmail on Apple

• Outlook 365

• Outlook NEW 2024 version

• Web Server Email Access using Mozilla

• Web Server Email Access using Microsoft Edge

• Web Server Email Access

It all shows the FAQ emails with the HTML coding.

did you changed anything on your server? I checked the code various times now and I don't find the issue that happens on your side.

I spoke with my server technician and he said the only change was updating the php level to the most stable current version.

Currently, we are using PHP 8.2.

The older version, I think, was 7.4
