Receiving SPAM by mail in complete secured FAQ

Hi,

I created a very new mailadress to use it in phpMyFAQ admin section.
After installing PMF (in an subfolder that is not linked by any other page) I changed it immediately to "Complete secured FAQ".

A few days later this mailadress is receiving SPAM.
Nobody but me knows this adress.
How is it possible that somebody was able to scan the mailadress within the "Complete secured FAQ" System?
And the subfolder is also not known or has a link somewhere.

well, I got spam all day on addresses no one knows. Sadly quite a common issue.
