CSS standard theme doesn't display strong text decoration

Since version 3 css text-decoration strong (bold) is no longer displayed as bold in the standard theme frontend.
In the backend it is displayed correctly.

Of cause we could fix this on our own but we use phpmyfaq only internal, for our team and so we use always the defaults.
