Error modifying the FAQ Multisites 3.2.3

Hello,

I'm currently in version 3.2.3, php8.3.9 and mariadb10.5 and I'm having a strange behavior with the Multisites FAQ modification.

When I want to change the url, for example from http to https, I get the following error:

and when I refresh the page, it tells me that the modification worked:

I simply changed the url to point to HTTPS and instance name.
