Would like to be able to export FAQs to text format

Just .txt so it can be opened in Notepad or Wordpad without markup.

Dear kballard

In the meantime, you may export the data in XML format and apply a XSLT to the resulting file (using Apache's xalan or a similar tool) in order to obtain a simple text file – or a file in another format.

The attached file contains a very simple (and raw) example.

xalan  -in exported-data-xml-file.xml  -xsl xslt-file.xsl  -out exported-data-converted-file.txt

In this case, the result file contains a subset of the original data with "fields" separated by -tab-
