Add a button to activate/desactivate socialmedia

A good idea would be to choose, whenever we want to display or not social media group in the front office,
just by switching a toggle button in the admin panel.

social media are :
rss/facebook/twitter.

I think they are 'too much' when we want to do something more simple.

that will be possible with phpMyFAQ 2.9, it's already implemented in the current alpha versions.
