Better PDF rendering & editable heading-footer

Post by Finalmarco »

Hello
I just wonder if is there is a way to implement a better php-pdf rendering, especially when there are images each page have a lot of white space (if i do print and export pdf the rendering is way better).
Another question related to this is if there is a way to edit the title and the footer of each page of the exported page, like putting companies logo etc.

Thanks
Thorsten

Hi,

an editable header and footer for PDFs is possible with phpMyFAQ 2.9.

A better PDF rendering is hopefully possible in the near future, as the underlying TCPDF library is currently in a huge refactoring.

Hi Thorsten,

Is there documentation on how to use the header-footer fields?

What exactly do I need to put in the empty fields? I assume that what I put there, changes what is rendered on the page.

Thanks!
