sitemap - ON/OFF

Recent trouble with the sitemap promoted me to think about having an option to turn sitemap ON and OFF - simple as that. It could be under the SEO tab.

For example, since we have an issue right now, I would maybe copy the existing sitemap, fix it, and post it manually. But, how do I ensure it will not be overwritten? If I could turn it OFF, that would help.

nice idea, especially in intranets a XML sitemap does not make any sense. Please add this feature request on Github.
