where can i setup the mail server for outgoint messages ??

hi

normally this is done in your php configuration file called php.ini. If you have installed your phpmyfaq on a hosted environment this should already have been done by your hoster.

Otherwise you can find the informations about the mail configuration at http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.mail.php
