Setup.php: DB error: No database selected

Hello,
when I try to start the setup I get the message:
DB error: No database selected
CREATE TABLE faq_faqadminlog ( id int(11) NOT NULL ...
Database: mysql at the same host
Server:Port, username, password, db and table prefix is set (see attached picture)
vtiger and phpBB are running at the same host, each with a different database in mysql.
I tried with and without a precreated database (used "CREATE SCHEMA `faq` DEFAULT CHARACTER SET utf8 ;" in MySQL Workbench).
Server is: Windows 2003 x64, Apache 2.0.52, PHP 5.2.66 (Version php.exe) php5apache2.dll as module in apache
What can I do??
