Size categories on the index

Hello,
Above all, I want to apologize if my English is not very clean. I am French and I must use a translator.
Phpmyfaq works very well and I was able to modify it to have a theme to my liking but there is something very annoying visually.
On the index, I have 13 categories of FAQs at the moment. The concern is that the last category is all alone and takes up a huge space (the whole width and suddenly, the height is also very important).
I'm looking to be able to determine a maximum size so that each category has a unified size can matter the number per line.
