Error when adding entry Undefined index: comment

Are you adding a new article from Admin Panel or are you adding a comment from a User Page? Looks like the latter, but let's hear!

Looks very much like a database error! What database and version are you using? Have you been working on the database using other frontends? Could you have deleted an index?

Is it a new problem or has it never worked for you?
