Change Order in the Title entries

Hi!

Are there any way to change the order of the web title (<title>{title}</title>) when you are in a entry?

For example:

Mainpage Title: U2 FAQ
Entry Title: "Sunglasses of Bono - U2 FAQ" instead of "U2 FAQ - Sunglasses of Bono"

i think is best for SEO.
