Why when you load a page....

Does the screen jump down some? It scrolls me down a bit, is this something I did editing my template or is it a feature? Can I remove this feature? If so how.

I try to fix this... but CSS and IE is always a pain in the ass.

The problem isn't with CSS, its the javascript that is loaded in the <body> tag in the index.tpl, if you remove it the error is gone on all browsers and all searches still work fine.

What is the need for that javascript function? I can fix it for you.
