Quotation Marks ( " ) appearing as “ or &

Hello

Is there a way to prevent " being converted to “ or ” (open/Close speech/quotation marks) when exporting the FAQ as a PDF document?

The system is fantastic aside from this!

EDIT : hmm & #8220; and & #8221; is what i mean, without the space after & ! It shows up as code in the export rather than the marks

I just overtyped them with " again and it seems to have fixed the problem. I copied the text for some of the entries in from email's/.doc files. So i guess this was the problem.
