Permissions problem in 2.0.9

Hi

in 2.0.9., when creating a new user, the user is added to the database tables "userdata" and "userlogin" but nothing is added to user_right. Therefore, the user cannot even log in. In the admin panel all boxes are checked. Uncheck a box and save returns no error, but no changes are produced in the database and the box is still checked in admin panel.

Everything else works fine, faqs can be written, modified, etc. So this cannot be a problem with mysql permissions...

I cannot reproduce this issue on phpMyFAQ 2.0.10.
